# 為什麼我還沒有收到我的行車幣？

若為一般**消費回饋**之點數，將於付款成功立即結算並回饋；若為指定任務贈送之點數，贈送點數將說明於各活動頁面中。但在以下情況中，您無法獲得行車幣：

1. 該筆交易進行退款或取消
2. 該筆交易回饋金額已達活動上限
3. 系統已偵測到任何違反優惠條款或活動內容的行為

此外，由於各活動發送之幣可能設有贈送上限，若您已達到贈送之上限，將無法再由該活動獲得行車幣\

※**一般消費**是指於本服務使用麻吉付完成加油、停車、路邊停車之付款行為，贈送點數之計算方式依活動規則指定。
