# 為什麼加油員說找不到我的車牌號碼？

請確認您本次所開來加油的車牌號碼，已經設定在您的會員帳號中。

若車牌號碼已設定完成，但加油員說是非會員或是找不到車牌，為不耽誤您寶貴的時間，請您先行使用其他付款方式離場，後續回報 Autopass 客服為您確認無法使用的原因。
