若您在台北市公有停車場停車後，繳費金額有誤或收款出現異常（重複收費、車牌辨識錯誤等），因個資法保護問題，有以下三種處理方式。

   點選有話想說 GO → 開始登錄案件 → 交通運輸 → 停車管理及收費問題 → 填入資料
3. 車主親洽現場管理室辦理 🚗

> ❹ 送出查詢申請

> （二）可到**超商**或**捷運站**使用自助機台查詢，扣款資料可直接以拍照方式留存（☞ 可提供最近六筆交易資料及最近一次加值紀錄查詢）
