# 車輛過戶/ 綁錯車牌該怎麼辦？

1. 若為車輛過戶或是忘記刪除車牌，支付業者不會收到來自停管處完成車輛異動的通知，需由您手動刪除已過戶車牌。
2. 不論是過戶車輛/ 綁錯車號問題，因個資法規範，我們無法代替您本人向停管處申訴，需請您直接向當地停管處申請退費：[路邊停車如何申請退費？](/street-parking/common-issue/how-to-refund.md)
3. 請確認所有綁定此車牌的代付業者是否皆已解除綁定，避免再次發生幫他人繳納費用。
